I personally lost 110lbs with the help of those subs. If you want to feel better and be healthier and are carrying excess weight check them out.

I use MyFitnessPal to track my food intake. My food diary is open to the public. If you think that you have to eat nothing but kale, water, and air in order to lose weight or to maintain a healthy weight I encourage you to check it out. You will see that I eat all sorts of junk.

I like to ride my bicycle; I like to ride my bike.

I record most of my longer rides on Strava, as well as my indoor training. I’m fairly garbage at cycling, but it doesn’t stop it from being enjoyable.


When I changed my diet to lose weight, I ended up cooking for myself quite a bit more than before. However, I’m a very lazy cook. Many of the fancy recipes you can find online take too many steps and ingredients for me to make them on a regular basis.

My recipe page has some of my go-to recipes, mostly using the Instant Pot. I think that I have come up with a number of low-cost, low-calorie, high-taste, and high-nutrition meals.
